An interview is a conversation, not an exam. A little preparation helps you stay calm and answer with confidence.
Learn about the company
Read about what the company does and the role you applied for. Be ready to explain why you want to work there in a few honest sentences.
Practise common questions
Prepare answers for questions such as “Tell me about yourself”, your strengths, and why you are leaving or looking for a new job. Say them out loud once or twice so they feel natural.
Prepare your own questions
Ask about the day-to-day work, the team, and the next steps in the hiring process. It shows real interest in the job.
On the day
Reach a little early, carry copies of your resume and documents, dress neatly, and listen carefully before you answer. After the interview, a short thank-you message is always appreciated.
