These terms apply when you use freejobmela.com (FreeJobMela). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. What FreeJobMela is

FreeJobMela is an online portal where employers can publish job vacancies and job seekers can browse them. FreeJobMela is not an employer or a recruitment agency, and it does not guarantee any job, interview, selection or result.

2. Accounts

You must give correct information when you register and keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think your account has been used without your permission.

3. Job seekers

Browsing and applying for jobs on FreeJobMela is free. Job seekers should check each vacancy and its official notification before applying. Never pay money to anyone who promises a job through this website, and report such requests to us.

4. Employers and job listings

Employers must post only genuine vacancies with accurate details, including the organization, location, eligibility, dates and application method. Listings must not be misleading, discriminatory or illegal, and must not ask job seekers for payment. New listings are reviewed before they are published, and we may reject, edit or remove a listing that breaks these terms.

5. Packages and payments

Employers can buy a job posting package. Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the Job Packages page. Payments are processed by our payment provider, PayU, and a package is activated only after payment is confirmed. A paid listing stays live for the period stated in the package. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Things you must not do

Do not post false or misleading information, impersonate another person or organization, collect other users' data without permission, send spam, try to break or overload the website, or use it for anything unlawful.

7. Accuracy and official sources

We try to keep information correct, but recruitment details can change. Always confirm dates, eligibility, fees and application steps on the official notification or the employer's own website. We link to official sources where they are available.

8. Links to other websites

FreeJobMela may link to websites run by employers and other third parties. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Website availability and liability

We aim to keep the website available but do not promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent allowed by law, FreeJobMela is not liable for losses that result from using the website, relying on a listing, or dealings between job seekers and employers.

10. Suspension and removal

We may suspend or close an account, or remove a listing, if these terms are broken or if we believe a listing is fraudulent. To report a suspicious listing or any misuse, write to info@freejobmela.com.
